Manuel gathers wide experience in Corporate Finance and private banking. He started his career in the wealth management division of Morgan Stanley, covering clients in Southern Spain. He then moved to Banesto Banca Privada (currently Santander). In 2003 he joined PwC to work for the restructuring advisory division for Spanish mid-caps. In 2007 he was invited to become CFO of Labiana (former subsidiary of BASF in Spain). He leaded a complex restructuring process and took control of the company a few years later via an MBO deal. He serves now as CEO and is the main shareholder. Manuel holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Sevilla.
